Phillies' Devin Saltiban: Flirts with 20-20 season

Saltiban slashed .237/.346/.428 with 17 home runs and 22 steals in 97 games for Single-A Clearwater.

A third-round pick last year out of a high school in Hawaii, Saltiban didn't wow with his impact (23.9 Hard%) or bat-to-ball ability (70.1 Contact%), but he flirted with a 20-20 season as an age-appropriate prospect making his full-season debut. Saltiban is only about 5-foot-10, but he's a plus runner and has a chance to be a plus defensive second baseman.
