Lightning's Kevin Poulin: Clears waiver

Poulin cleared waivers Sunday and has been assigned to AHL Syracuse, Bryan Burns of NHL.com reports.

Poulin was placed on waivers Saturday as the Lightning decided to turn to Kristers Gudlevskis for the backup role instead. Poulin will now return to AHL Syracuse, and should serve as the team's starting netminder.
