Sabres' Brandon Biro: Assigned to AHL

Biro (upper body) was activated from injured reserve and assigned to AHL Rochester on Monday.

Biro took part in Monday's practice with the Sabres prior to being returned to the minors. He had two goals in two appearances with Buffalo before getting hurt. Biro has produced two goals and four helpers in five AHL outings this season.
