Mark Grace, the 48-year-old former major-leaguer and broadcaster, has been released from an Arizona jail, the Associated Press reports. Grace finished serving a four-month sentence for felony endangerment and misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol.

Grace, who was arrested twice for DUI within a span of 15 months, will now serve two years of probation. While incarcerated, Grace was employed by the Diamondbacks as part of a work-release program.

As noted in a recent Arizona Republic piece, Grace has agreed to assist Maricopa County, where he was convicted and imprisoned, with its youth-boxing and drug- and alcohol-prevention programs.
