Pirates infielder Aramis Ramirez left Tuesday's game in the sixth inning with tightness in his left groin.
He was replaced by Neil Walker and went 1 for 3 with a RBI triple before exiting. The fact that he ran for a triple at his age (37) and then felt tightness is not surprising. Ramirez should be day-to-day going forward.
