Army vs. Navy betting preview

There is only one college football game on the Saturday slate this week, and although it has nothing to do with a conference championship game or the College Football Playoff, it's one of the biggest yearly events in the sport. The annual Army vs. Navy game takes place on Saturday from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md., with a 3 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS. Navy defeated Army, 31-13, last year and leads the all-time series, 63-55-7. They've split their last six contests, and Navy hasn't defeated Army in consecutive years since 2014-2015.

Navy is 9-2, including 7-1 in the American Conference, while Army is 6-5, including 4-4 in the American Conference this year. Navy enters off back-to-back wins, including defeating No. 24 South Florida, 41-38, on Nov. 15. Army is coming off a 27-24 win over UTSA. Navy is a 6.5-point favorite in the latest Army vs. Navy odds at Fanatics Sportsbook, with an over/under set at 38 points. Claim the latest Fanatics Sportsbook promo code CBSFAN here:

Saturday NBA Cup betting preview

The NBA Cup semifinals take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, beginning with the New York Knicks vs. Orlando Magic at 5:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs at 9 p.m. ET. This will already mark the fourth time the Knicks and Magic meet, with the Magic leading the season series, 2-1. New York defeated Orlando, 106-100, at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, though, in their most recent matchup. The Knicks are 5.5-point favorites in the latest Saturday NBA odds at Fanatics Sportsbook, with an over/under set at 223.5 points.

The Spurs defeated the Lakers, 132-119, on Wednesday to advance to the semifinals. San Antonio is 17-7 on the season and has the daunting task of taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are off to a 24-1 start, which is tied for the best start in the first 25 games of a season. This is their first matchup of the season, though, and the Thunder are 10-point favorites at Fanatics. Claim the latest Fanatics Sportsbook promo code CBSFAN here:
