The Redskins landed Dallas offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Bill Callahan on a lucrative three-year deal to coach their offensive line, reports ESPN's Ed Werder. CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora described it as a "big get" due to Callahan's reputation as a master builder of offensive lines.

In Dallas, Callahan developed the offensive line into the league's best. But he was stripped of play-calling duties before this season, and the Cowboys are moving forward with play caller Scott Linehan as offensive coordinator.
