Jaytlin Askew: Waived off injured reserve
Askew (quadriceps) agreed to an injury settlement with the Dolphins on Tuesday and was waived off injured reserve, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Askew landed on injured reserve with the quadriceps issue in mid-August, but he'll now hit free agency if he passes through waivers unclaimed. He signed with the Dolphins in the spring after going undrafted out of Georgia Tech.

Dolphins' Jaytlin Askew: Reverts to injured reserve
Askew (quadriceps) cleared waivers and reverted to Miami's injured reserve Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Askew was waived with an injury designation Tuesday and will move to injured reserve after passing through waivers unclaimed. He signed with the Dolphins as a UDFA in the spring.
