NHL teams tease new Adidas jerseys ahead of expansion draft reveal
Teams take to Twitter on Monday to offer a sneak peek at new 2017-18 threads
The 2016-17 NHL season just wrapped up with another big finish for the Pittsburgh Penguins, but the rest of the league already has its sights set on the return of hockey in the fall, with teams taking to Twitter on Monday to tease their new Adidas jerseys.
Reebok has supplied NHL threads since 2007-08, but Adidas is taking over next season and plans to unveil a new line of jerseys across the league during the June 21 awards show and expansion draft for the Vegas Golden Knights.
Vegas, of course, will be getting its first jerseys as part of the reveal. Other teams could be in for fresh looks, with SportsLogos.net and SB Nation reporting that as many as 13 different clubs will debut tweaked designs.
