England won't take anything for granted as it tries to maintain its perfect record when it faces Poland on Wednesday in 2022 FIFA World Cup European Qualifying. The Three Lions are 5-0-0 in FIFA World Cup Qualifying with a 17-1 goal differential and take on Poland at 2:45 p.m. ET. Also among the 12 games slated are Sweden, which also has won every game, facing Greece, and first-place Germany battling Iceland. Armenia vs. Liechtenstein kick things off at noon ET, with the remaining 11 matches at 2:45 p.m ET, including world No. 1 Belgium vs. Belarus.

England is the -182 favorite in the latest England vs. Poland odds from Caesars Sportsbook, with Poland the +480 underdog and a draw priced at +225. Before you bet any of Wednesday's matches or make any FIFA World Cup Qualifier picks and predictions, make sure you check out what European soccer insider Martin Green is saying

Top 2022 UEFA European Qualifiers predictions

One of the picks Green is confident about for Wednesday: Germany will win with a clean sheet (-118) against Iceland. The Germans are excelling under new manager Hansi Flick, who had tremendous success as Bayern Munich's boss in the Bundesliga the past two seasons. He has many of those same players at his disposal, along with several other top players. Those elite players include Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger, Paris Saint-Germain's Thilo Kehrer and Borussia Monchengladbach's Jonas Hofmann, so the defense is in strong shape.

Germany won the last meeting 3-0 at home in March, and Iceland has not looked any better since then. It has scored six goals in the five qualifying matches, while the Germans have allowed two while scoring 13. The Germans have one of the world's top goalkeepers in Manuel Neuer and have plenty of firepower to trouble Iceland, led by Ilkay Gundogan, Kai Havertz and Timo Werner. Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus and Bayern Munich's Thomas Muller, Joshua Kimmich, Serge Gnabry and Leon Goretzka are all top-flight playmakers.
