Liverpool vs. Tottenham score, highlights: Klopp's crew wins as Mane scores twice
The Reds might just be back on track
Liverpool recorded just its second win of the calendar year on Saturday, beating second-place Tottenham 2-0 at Anfield to get back on track in the race for the Premier League crown.
With one win in its first 10 matches of the year and having lost four out of five, it was Sadio Mane who stole the show with both goals in the first half.
Here's what to know.
Game-changing moment
Mane scored the winner just 16 minutes in, using his speed to get behind the Tottenham defense and finish past Hugo Lloris with ease.

Player of the match
It's Mane. He missed about a month at the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal and just returned a week ago. He gets back into the starting XI and delivers big time for Jurgen Klopp's men in an important match. The Reds had been dropping points and hurting their chances of a top-four finish, but Saturday's convincing victory gives the team momentum and hope.

What is this?
A curious moment in this one when Christian Eriksen of Tottenham went to take a free kick, and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho was hiding behind the ball. He was there to block a low shot if the Danish star wanted to go low. He didn't, and it just led to a weird moment.

What result means
Tottenham remains in second with 50 points, while Liverpool jumped up to fourth with 49 points and has some momentum.
"Now we are back in this race and we have to use this situation. Even [though] we didn't perform fantastically in January, we are still in a really good position in the league," Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said.
