Manchester United 1-0 Celta Vigo: Rashford goal puts Red Devils closer to Europa League final

A Marcus Rashford free-kick goal in the second half carried Manchester United to a vital 1-0 win at Celta Vigo on Thursday in the Europa League semifinal first leg. The Red Devils were left frustrated for much of the match thanks to the heroics of Celta Vigo goalkeeper Sergio Alvarez, who made several big-time saves, but Rashford produced a moment of brilliance on 67 minutes to give the visitors the win and the all-important away goal.

What a hit that is, and it gives United a bit of comfort ahead of next Thursday's second leg. This competition is United's best avenue towards qualifying for the Champions League next year, as the cup winner gets a spot in the group stage. Now United is on the brink of advancing to the final of Stockholm, and Rashford is to thank.
