WATCH: Minnesota United goalie throws ball into his own net in blooper of the year
Playing against Premier League competition, the Minnesota United goalie made a blooper for the ages
A new contender has emerged for the most embarrassing moment an American soccer club has experienced this summer against a European team. Just two days after Real Salt Lake's goalkeeper was taken to school by Inter Milan, Minnesota United's goalkeeper Sammy NdJock did this in their friendly Wednesday against Premier League team Bournemouth.

Not even sure how that happens. Does he think about throwing across the field and then at the last minute say 'hold up,' resulting in that? Thankfully for him, it was just a friendly. Speaking of friendly, that probably doesn't explain his coach's mood after that gaffe.
In the end, it was a 4-0 win for Bournemouth. And the English club was nice about the gaffe, at least.
