WWE Raw results, recap, grades: Logan Paul beats LA Knight as Bron Breakker delivers a message to CM Punk
Paul had a big night in taking out a pair of rivals
The Vision remains a dominant force on Monday nights. On Raw, Logan Paul beat down Rey Mysterio and picked up a win over LA Knight with the help of his stablemates.
By the end of the night, Paul had been helped twice by the same masked man who aided his team in winning WarGames at Survivor Series. Then, Paul and Bronson Reed continued to beat down Knight before Reed hit a Tsunami on the top of a car.
CBS Sports was with you all night with recaps and highlights of all the action from T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Paul beats Knight as Breakker delivers a message to Punk
Early in the show, Logan Paul was shown in the locker room with the rest of The Vision. Paul was furious about Rey Mysterio slapping him in the face last weekend. Paul called Paul Heyman aside and said that if the rest of the Vision had his back, he would have their back in the future, leading to Heyman handing Paul his brass knuckles.
Later, as Mysterio entered for his match with Finn Balor, Paul attacked. After a bit of back-and-forth brawling, the masked man from Survivor Series ran in to kick Mysterio before delivering a stomp. This left Mysterio open for Paul to blast him with the knux. LA Knight eventually ran in for the save before calling Paul out for a match later in the night.
Logan Paul def. LA Knight via pinfall with a frog splash. During the match, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed came to ringside, but the masked man emerged again, helping set Knight up for a Paul frog splash to get the victory. After the match, Breakker hit Knight with a spear before a pair of Tsunamis from Bronson Reed. After the match, Breakker cut a promo claiming that, when he faces CM Punk for the world heavyweight championship, he wants the old CM Punk, not the current "nice guy." The cameras cut to backstage, where Reed and Paul continued to assault Knight before Reed hit a Tsunami onto Knight while he was on the roof of a car.
I don't know what to say. WWE has lost almost all steam, and letting Breakker cut extended promos isn't a fix. Is Paul beating Knight going to move the needle? Everything feels convoluted and like WWE is just stumbling along trying to find a spark again. Hopefully they find it, but for now, there's nothing there. And, certainly, the masked man mystery isn't helping. Grade: C

- Raquel Rodriguez confronted Stephanie Vaquer. Vaquer said that she talks through actions rather than words before Nikki Bella came to the ring, demanding a rematch after losing at Survivor Series. - Roxanne Perez def. Lyra Valkyria via pinfall with Pop Rox. Liv Morgan interfered multiple times, finally raking Valkyria's eyes to set up the finish.
