49ers' NaVorro Bowman: May have suffered torn Achilles

Bowman (leg) may have a torn Achilles, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Bowman suffered a non-contact injury during Sunday's game against the Cowboys, and he wasn't able to put any weight on his injured leg. A torn Achilles would rule him out for the rest of the season, which would be a massive blow to both IDP owners and the San Francisco defense. Bowman previously missed the entire 2014 season after tearing an ACL in the 2013 playoffs, but he returned last year and was one of the few standouts on a poor 49ers defense.
