Bills' Marcell Dareus: Placed on non-football illness list

The Bills placed Dareus on the active/non-football illness list Friday, Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports.

After missing only two games in his five-year career, Dareus unsurprisingly passed his conditioning test Friday, yet it didn't stop the Bills from keeping the defensive tackle out of practice to kick off training camp. Fortunately for Dareus, general manager Doug Whaley said that the concern is "nothing major," so he'll likely return to the fold in short order.
