Sanders (ankle) participated in Saturday's walkthrough practice and will be a game-time decision Sunday against the Chiefs, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Head coach Gary Kubiak said he expected Sanders to practice a little bit Friday but the wideout was eventually held out. He's been an extremely popular receiving option for quarterback Peyton Manning this season, and his absence would be a big blow to the offense. Andre Caldwell would likely get the start opposite Demaryius Thomas if Sanders is unable to play, with Cody Latimer, Jordan Norwood and Bennie Fowler all additional options.
