Matthews did not participate in practice Tuesday due to knee tendinitis, Zach Berman of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
After reports surfaced at the start of OTAs last week that Matthews was still recovering from the ankle injury that hindered him through the final stretch of last regular season, the wideout is now dealing with knee problems. The severity of the injury is currently unknown, but with the team taking a conservative approach with Matthews, it's possible they hold him out, or at least limit his workload, until the start of training camp in July.
