Falcons' Jacob Tamme: Heads to IR

The Falcons placed Tamme (shoulder) on injured reserve Monday.

Tamme missed back-to-back games before a Week 11 bye, during which he underwent season-ending shoulder surgery. With Monday's move official, the Falcons will turn to rookie Austin Hooper as the primary pass-catching tight end, but Levine Toilolo may continue to be the starter in name.
