Wilkerson underwent successful surgery on his fractured right tibia and is expected to make a full recovery, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

Wilkerson's presence on the field can't always be measured on the stat sheets, but 2015 was one of his best statistical seasons nonetheless, as the 26-year-old collected 64 combined tackles, a career-best 12 sacks and two forced fumbles. He'll be a free agent this offseason, and although the surgery may result in a discounted price tag, his healthy isn't expected to be a major concern heading into the 2016 regular season.
