Lions' Ian Wells: Waived by Lions

Wells (knee) was waived by the Lions on Tuesday.

Wells finished last season on injured reserve after tearing his ACL during the preseason. He will try to get healthy and earn a chance to work his way onto an NFL roster during this coming preseason.
