Vikings' Scott Crichton: Placed on IR

Chrichton (undisclosed) was placed on the Vikings' injured reserve list Wednesday.

Crichton was waived with an injury designation Tuesday and has since cleared waivers. His placement on IR means the former third-round pick could be shut down for the season.
