Struggling Allen Craig out of lineup again

Scuffling Cardinals outfielder Allen Craig has been benched for the second straight game Friday in San Diego.

Craig completed a disappointing first half of the season with six hits in 34 at-bats. His stat line of .252/.301/.362 is easily the worst of his career. The promotion of fellow outfielder Oscar Taveras from the minors could continue to limit Craig's playing time.
