The soliciting prostitution charge against basketball analyst Greg Anthony will be dropped if he does 32 hours of community service and stays out of trouble for four months, reports the Associated Press.

The agreement was announced in court Wednesday. Anthony, 47, who called games for CBS and Turner Sports, remains suspended indefinitely.

He was arrested on the misdemeanor charge at a Washington hotel Jan. 16 after court documents say he responded to an online escort ad placed by authorities, the report said. The former NBA and UNLV player issued a public apology, calling his actions a "lapse of judgment."
