Who's Playing

Oklahoma State @ Florida

Current Records: Oklahoma State 10-9; Florida 12-8

What to Know

The Oklahoma State Cowboys will face off against the Florida Gators on the road at 4 p.m. ET Saturday at Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Coming off of a loss in a game they were expected to win, Oklahoma State now face the more daunting task of proving themselves against unfavorable odds.

It was close but no cigar for the Cowboys as they fell 84-81 to the Iowa State Cyclones on Wednesday. Guard Avery Anderson III did his best for Oklahoma State, finishing with 34 points (a whopping 42% of their total) and five dimes. Anderson III had some trouble finding his footing against the Texas Longhorns on Saturday, so this was a step in the right direction. Anderson III's points were the most he has had all season.

Meanwhile, Florida came up short against the Tennessee Volunteers on Wednesday, falling 78-71. Four players on Florida scored in the double digits: guard Tyree Appleby (16), forward Anthony Duruji (16), guard Phlandrous Fleming Jr. (11), and guard Myreon Jones (10).

Oklahoma State is expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Nov. 12 easily too and instead slipped up with a 56-55. In other words, don't count the Gators out just yet.
