What to Know

The Cornell Big Red have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will take on the Penn State Nittany Lions at 6:30 p.m. ET Monday at Bryce Jordan Center. Cornell will be seeking to avenge the 90-59 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Dec. 29 of 2019.

The Big Red took their game at home this past Friday with ease, bagging a 107-48 victory over the Wells College Express.

Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Penn State and the St. Francis (N.Y.) Terriers this past Thursday was still a pretty decisive one as Penn State wrapped it up with a 74-59 win at home. Penn State's guard Sam Sessoms looked sharp as he had 26 points.

Cornell have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 15.50 point spread they are up against. However, those who like betting on the underdog should be happy to hear that they are 3-0 against the spread when expected to lose.

Their wins bumped the Big Red to 4-0 and the Nittany Lions to 3-1. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Cornell and Penn State clash.
