Terrell Bynum: Doesn't make 53-man roster
Bynum was waived by Las Vegas on Tuesday, per the team's official site.
Bynum spent last year in the Chargers' organization and got into one regular-season game, logging one snap and not producing any stats. The USC product caught two of four targets for 20 yards with the Raiders during the exhibition slate and is a candidate to end up on the practice squad if he clears waivers.

The Raiders signed Bynum on Monday.
The Cowboys actually worked out Bynum just two days prior, but it appears the USC product went in a different direction and signed with the Raiders. Bynum, an undrafted second-year wide receiver, appeared in one game with the Chargers last season, failing to record a stat. He'll likely be competing for a depth spot in Las Vegas' wide receiver room as the training camp progresses.

Bynum is one of three wideouts Dallas worked out Saturday in the wake of top receiver CeeDee Lamb's holdout. The 25-year-old Bynum played in one game as a rookie with the Chargers last season but logged only one offensive snap.
