Johnson has bounced around several practice squads in his first year as a pro and that looks to be his fate once again in 2025. He'll be free to sign elsewhere, assuming he clears waivers.

Jets' Neal Johnson: Signs back with New York
The Jets signed Johnson to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.
After going undrafted out of Louisiana in the 2024 NFL Draft, Johnson signed with the Rams and then had brief tenures with the Vikings and Jets. He's still looking for his first career snap in a regular-season contest. Johnson will compete for a job this coming offseason.
