The Bills cut Brown from the practice squad Thursday.
Brown, a UDFA out of South Carolina, will have to look for an opportunity on a practice squad elsewhere in the league. The 5-foot-8 wideout spent time with Cleveland during the offseason.

Ahmarean Brown: Finds opportunity
Brown signed with the Bills' practice squad Thursday.
Brown spent training camp with Cleveland after signing with the team as a UDFA out of South Carolina. Unfortunately for the 23-year-old, he was unable to make the Browns' final 53-man roster. He'll now get an opportunity in Buffalo, where he'll work to turn his practice-squad opportunity into a spot on their 53-man roster.

Ahmarean Brown: Waived by Cleveland
Brown was waived by Cleveland on Tuesday, Kelsey Russo of the team's official site reports.
Brown signed with the Browns in May as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina. He was competing for a depth spot at wide receiver, but he only caught two passes for 26 yards across three preseason games, all of which came in Cleveland's preseason opener against Green Bay. Brown could return to Cleveland on the practice squad or explore other options elsewhere, assuming he clears waivers.
