Wilson (shoulder) has not pitched in a game since a May 25 rehab appearance at Inland Empire.
He was scheduled to throw a bullpen session two weeks ago, but the Angels have provided nothing in the way of updates regarding Wilson's progress in the time since that scheduled session. It's reasonable to think that he will need four or five rehab starts if and when he's healthy enough to pitch again this season, making it unlikely that he will be activated before the All-Star break.
