Brewers' Keon Broxton: Misses out on roster spot

Broxton will open the season at the Brewers' alternate training site, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Broxton had a chance to make the Brewers' 30-man roster, but the team decided to keep only five outfielders and he was not among that group. He will be among the options should the club need to add an outfielder to the big-league roster at any point.
