Stripling is not scheduled to make his next start, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
A shaky outing Friday against the Pirates seems to have bumped Stripling out of the Dodgers' rotation for the time being. He would have been scheduled to start Thursday against the Phillies, but now there's an open spot in the rotation for that game. The Dodgers have Bud Norris nearing a return, but he'd be a long shot to start for the Dodgers on Thursday unless the organization shortens his innings in Sunday's rehab start.
