Giants' Scooter Gennett: Retreats to bench vs. southpaw

Gennett isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Athletics.

Gennett will take a seat with a lefty in Brett Anderson set to toe the rubber for Oakland. Donovan Solano is set to man the keystone and lead off with Gennett getting a night off.
