Indians' Coco Crisp: Added to 40-man roster

Crisp was added to Cleveland's active roster Thursday.

Crisp has gone just 4-for-28 (.179) over the last 14 games, bringing his batting average down to just .234 for the year. It's unlikely that his performance at the plate is enough to upstage any of Cleveland's starting outfielders, so look for Crisp to simply add depth to the roster and be used when regular starters are given a day off.
