Garcia was optioned to Double-A Bowie on Sunday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

Garcia did not appear for the Orioles during his short stint in the majors. The righty has a 4-7 record at the Double-A level this season, along with a 4.79 ERA and 1.65 WHIP.
