Orioles' Nate Karns: Moved to 60-day injured list

Karns (forearm) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Monday.

Karns has had multiple setbacks as he works his way back from a forearm strain, though it was confirmed in early May by Dr. James Andrews that he wouldn't require surgery. The transaction has little effect on his return date, which doesn't appear to be coming any time soon.
