Orioles' Nate Karns: Rehab moves to Double-A

Karns' (forearm) rehab has moved to Double-A Bowie, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

He gave up three runs while recording just two outs in an outing for High-A Frederick on Friday but is apparently ready to face more advanced hitters. Karns is trending toward an activation in late July.
