Phillies' Yoervis Medina: Leaves with elbow injury

Medina was removed from Tuesday's game after feeling a pop in his elbow, Matt Breen of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The description of the injury is obviously concerning, but Medina will undergo evaluations Wednesday which should provide more details. If healthy, he'll be in the mix for a spot in the major league bullpen.
