Rangers' Brock Holt: Starts up rehab assignment

Holt (illness) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday.

Holt will likely require a few games in the minors to get his timing back at the plate after he was placed on the COVID-19 injured list Aug. 23 following his positive test for the virus. Once he's reinstated, Holt will likely fill a utility role in the Texas infield.
