Tigers' Harold Castro: Promoted to big leagues

Castro's contract was selected from Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday.

Castro will join the major-league squad after getting off to an impressive start with the Mud Huns in 2019. He was hitting .353 with three homers and 21 RBI over 17 games prior to receiving the promotion.
