Greene was placed on the 10-day injured list Friday with a right hamstring strain.
Greene uncharacteristically was held out of the lineup Friday, and the team has now provided an explanation for why. Per Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic the strain is considered minor, which could indicate that Greene won't miss much more time than the minimum 10 days. In the meantime, Mark Canha, Bligh Madris and Ryan Vilade could see more action in the outfield.
