Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Scores twice for AHL Rockford

Lardis scored two goals in AHL Rockford's 4-3 win over Texas on Friday.

Lardis ended a six-game goal drought with the effort. He was on fire before that slump, which saw him post just one assist. The 20-year-old is an AHL rookie, so that will lead to some ups and downs as he adjusts to the league. He's done pretty well overall with seven goals and nine assists through 16 appearances so far.
