Coyotes' Steve Downie: Out Tuesday

Downie (upper body) won't play Tuesday against the Predators, Sarah McLellan of the Arizona Republic reports.

Downie has missed the Coyotes' last nine games with an upper-body injury, but was able to practice with the team Monday, indicating he's likely nearing a return to game action. The 28-year-old winger, who has tallied three points (one goal, two assists) in 14 games this season, will hope to draw back into Arizona's lineup Thursday against the Red Wings.
