Ducks' Carson Meyer: Hits waiver wire

Meyer was placed on waivers Tuesday with the intent to assign him to AHL San Diego.

Meyer notched 22 goals and 37 points over 55 regular-season contests for AHL Cleveland in 2023-24. He added one goal and one assist in 14 NHL outings with Columbus during the 2023-24 campaign. If he doesn't get claimed by another team, Meyer could be a call-up option for the Ducks this season, though he may spend most of the year in the minors.
