Ducks' Corey Tropp: Moves to AHL

Tropp was sent to AHL San Diego on Monday, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.

Tropp joins Anton Khudobin, Michael Sgarbossa, and Stefan Noesen in the move to San Diego for the remaining two games left on the regular season schedule. At 26 years old, Tropp made 61 appearances for the Blue Jackets this season before ultimately being traded to the Ducks, although it seems that his role with Anaheim's upcoming playoff run will be limited, if he even plays at all.
