Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Sent down Friday

Nadeau was reassigned to AHL Chicago on Friday.

Nadeau's demotion suggests one of Eric Robinson (upper body) or William Carrier (lower body) could be nearing a return. It could also mean the Hurricanes want to take a look at a different player for a bottom-six role. Nadeau posted one goal, four shots on net, four hits and four blocked shots over six contests while with the big club.
