Stars' Nick Caamano: Put on waivers

Caamano (back) was placed on waivers Sunday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.

Caamano has yet to play this season after undergoing back surgery in September. The move indicates he's ready to play and would be assigned to AHL Texas if he clears. Caamano had one assist in 24 games with Dallas last season.
