Making a half-court shot used to be considered difficult -- something to celebrate like you were never going to do it again.

But Steph Curry came along and changed all that. he's hit so many shots from center court and beyond that it's inspired legions of fans to up their game.

Xu Chanqing has clearly been paying attention to the two-time MVP, and he decided to put his skills to the test.

On a court in Xi'an, Shaanxi in China, Xu knocked down six straight half-court shots, breaking the previous Guinness World Record of four held by Americans Eric Valentin and Adam Beatrice.

As incredible as the feat is (especially considering he barely grazes the rim with any of them), the record doesn't seem to be as high as it should be.

You'd have to think Curry could easily break this record if he wanted to. After all, he's already been filmed making at least five in a row from the logo.
