Given that today is April 1, we're set to be inundated with April Fools Day jokes throughout. They'll range from lame to overplayed ("I'm pregnant!") to actually funny. Sometimes they're just fun, though, such as the feature baseball-reference.com has loaded. Under the mugshot of any given player, you'll see this:
