Behind the scenes at AT&T Park's exclusive Gotham Club
Season ticket holders ready to cough up a few more thousand dollars in AT&T Park have a pretty cool little club. It's the Gotham Club.

SAN FRANCISCO - A hidden gem in San Francisco's AT&T Park is the quasi-secret (some call it a secret, but c'mon, many people know about it) Gotham Club. Note the logo on door above, which I'll acknowledge definitely has a bit of a "secret society" vibe to it.
The Gotham Club is an exclusive club in AT&T Park that costs season-ticket holders an additional $2,500 to join with annual dues over $1,000. Oh, and it's by invitation.
The name of the club has its roots in Giants history. The franchise was originally called the New York Gothams Base Ball Club before becoming the New York Giants and then, of course, the San Francisco Giants. The ballclub orginated in 1883, and that'll matter in a bit. You'll see.
Anyway, the door above is the entrance to only part of the Gotham Club. That one goes to the game room. And, yes, we're going inside. Perks of being in that thing some of you haters like to call "the media." So let's go in!

An arcade! Not pictured: There's also a Ms. Pac Man.

There's our 1883 logo, as stated above, an homage to the club's roots.

We've got a pool table and a nice sized-flatscreen TV flanking a speakeasy style library. Solid. Ready for this, though?

Yes sir, a bowling alley. With accompanying speakeasy-style seating:

We're not done yet. There's also an area for darts.

Let's head out to right field, for the other area reserved for Gotham Club members. It's inside the right field wall, the areas that usually include scores of games from across the league. There are views of the field both open air and inside with glass windows and club members can even change the numbers of the opposing game scores when there's need for it. Here's a shot from inside of the field.

Join the club, get your name on a bat. Sweet.

Just like being in your living room, only just a few feet from where Hunter Pence lurks.

Further, remember Triples Alley from our Game 4 View of the Day? Moving down the line toward right field foul territory, there's another group of fans on the warning track during batting practice, and they are Gotham Club members. There's also an opening on the second floor in the brick wall right next to the foul pole (immediately below the "splash hits" counter, and that's the Gotham Club again.
Not surprisingly, the eat and drink options are plentiful and high-end in both areas of the club, with more dinner-type seating being available in the right-field wall area.
And this concludes our tour of the Gotham Club, San Francisco's speakeasy, exclusive, behind-the-scenes club.
Now let's play some baseball, shall we? Bring on Game 5.
